Stable Income Fund Active Short Duration Fixed Income and Active Intermediate Core Fixed Income Manager

Pursuant to the provisions of 9 NYCRR, Section 9003.2, authorized by Section 5 of the State Finance Law, the New York State Deferred Compensation Board, beginning Wednesday, October 21, 2026, is soliciting proposals from financial organizations to provide fixed income separately managed account investment management services. Each separate account investment contract will be a portion of the New York State Deferred Compensation Plan’s Stable Income Fund, with insurance wrap coverage of the account arranged by the Plan’s stable value structure manager. The Stable Income Fund is offered as an investment option under the Deferred Compensation Plan for Employees of the State of New York and Other Participating Public Jurisdictions, a plan meeting the requirements of Section 457 of the Internal Revenue Code and Section 5 of the State Finance Law, including all rules and regulations issued pursuant thereto. The Board is seeking proposals from financial organizations to provide Active Short Duration Fixed Income and Active Intermediate Core Fixed Income investment management services as detailed below. Active Short Duration Fixed Income, benchmarked to the Bloomberg 1-3 Year Government/Credit Index or the Bloomberg 1-3 Year Government Index. Active Intermediate Core Fixed Income, benchmarked to the Bloomberg Intermediate Aggregate Index or the Bloomberg Intermediate Government/Credit Index.
