Real Estate Legal Services

The City of Greenville is seeking proposals for real estate legal services to support its Neighborhood & Business Services Department. The selected firm will provide legal counsel related to ownership, housing rehabilitation, purchase assistance, and code enforcement programs. The scope of work includes conducting title searches, reviewing and recording deeds of trust, and preparing closing documents. The contract will be for a period of 24 months, from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2027. The City encourages firms owned by women and minorities to submit proposals. • The City is seeking a firm with experience in real estate law and title searches. • The selected firm will be required to provide legal services for a variety of programs, including housing rehabilitation and code enforcement. • The contract will be for a fixed term of 24 months. • The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
