EWIC Processing for MD WIC Program and Govt of Virgin Islands - RFP #MD/VI-EWIC - 10242025

The Maryland State Treasurer's Office is seeking proposals for Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) services for the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program. The selected contractor will provide eWIC services, including account management, benefit authorization, and settlement and reconciliation. The contract will be for a base period of five years with two one-year renewal option periods.
