Description
The City of Tuscaloosa is seeking a qualified firm to provide comprehensive professional title services for the University Boulevard East Improvements Project. The scope includes full‑service real‑estate closings, lien and bankruptcy searches, owner and encumbrance reports, issuance of ALTA commitments/binders, and other standard title‑related activities for up to fifteen tracts. Firms must be licensed in Alabama, submit a concise 7‑page Statement of Qualifications, and demonstrate recent experience on at least three similar projects.
