FY26 FM9 Training Currency

The Air Force Reserve Command is seeking a Small Business‑only firm to supply printed prop currency for training purposes. The requirement covers two separate line items: (1) U.S. dollar denominations ($1, $5, $10, $20, $50, $100) and (2) Indian rupee denominations (₹10, ₹20, ₹50, ₹100, ₹200, ₹500). Each line item consists of 650 packs, with each pack containing 100 bills, for a total of 3,900 packs per currency type. All bills must be printed on standard commercial paper (80‑100 gsm), be full‑size, double‑sided, and must include mandatory visual modifications (altered portraits, altered vignettes, clear “prop” disclaimers, and removal of real security features) to comply with anti‑counterfeiting law (18 U.S.C. §474). Offerors must submit a digital proof showing compliance, and quotations are evaluated on a Lowest‑Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis with no post‑award negotiations. Delivery is FOB Destination, on or before 30 Oct 2026.
