DG11--MKE Satellite Television Services Base plus 4 Option Years

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide a new Satellite TV system, installation, corrective maintenance, and programming for the Zablocki VA Medical Center. The contractor will be responsible for providing a minimum of 24 high-definition channels to 408 TV locations throughout the hospital. The contract will have a base year and four option years. The contractor will be required to ensure that service is not significantly interrupted during any changeover period and to provide a toll-free number for technical support. • The contractor shall provide a new Satellite TV system, parts, and installation to replace the existing system. • The contractor shall provide monthly programming service along with all required equipment to tune in and broadcast the required channels in high definition. • The contractor shall ensure that service is not significantly interrupted during any changeover period. • The contractor shall provide a toll-free number for technical support. • The contractor shall respond to all requests for troubleshooting and repair within the specified times. • The contractor shall grant pro-rated credits or rebates for unintentional loss of service in excess of eight continuous hours.
