Wells 6, 12, 14, and 15 Site Improvements

This contract covers comprehensive site‑improvement work at four water‑well locations (Wells 6, 12, 14, 15) in Santa Ana, CA. The contractor will demolish existing equipment, replace electrical and ventilation systems, install new flow meters, instrumentation, structural upgrades, civil improvements (grading, drainage, curbs, paving), and replace pumps and motors at Well 15. An optional down‑hole rehabilitation is available for Well 15 under a separate bid item. Only one well may be mobilized at a time, and the overall contract period is 1,000 calendar days from the Notice of Award, with strict schedule milestones and liquidated‑damage provisions. • Removal and replacement of mechanical/electrical equipment, HVAC, pumps, and control panels. • New civil works: grading, drainage, concrete curbs, V‑gutters, road resurfacing, fencing, and equipment pads. • Optional down‑hole well rehabilitation for Well 15 and associated instrumentation upgrades.
