Foxford Hills Lift Station No. 1 Partial Rehabilitation - Level Controls, Rails, Valves and Control Enclosure

The Village of Cary is seeking a qualified contractor to fully rehabilitate the Foxford Hills Lift Station No. 1. The work includes removal and replacement of rails, floats, valves, a transducer, and a control enclosure, as well as any required permits, site restoration, traffic control, testing, and compliance with Illinois EPA and Village standards. This is a comprehensive mechanical/electrical refurbishment of a wastewater lift station. • Replace all rail and float components, valves, and transducer. • Install a new control enclosure and associated level‑control equipment. • Manage permitting, traffic control, site restoration, and all testing to meet IEPA and Village requirements. • Provide all labor, equipment, materials, and appurtenances needed for a complete, functional system.
