Spring Valley, City of Wastewater Treatment Facility Improvements

The City of Spring Valley is seeking qualified contractors to upgrade and renovate its wastewater treatment facilities, including a main lift station, forcemain, pretreatment building, mechanical equipment, aeration systems, chemical feed systems, and associated site work. The scope encompasses civil, mechanical, electrical, and control system upgrades, demolition of outdated components, and construction of new infrastructure, all to be completed under prevailing wage and state/federal compliance requirements. • Upgrade main lift station and forcemain, including new pumps and control structures. • Renovate pretreatment building, replace fine screens, and install new aeration, clarifiers, and submersible pumping. • Replace chemical feed equipment, construct new effluent re‑aeration system, and modernize SCADA/control systems. • Perform site work, utility and pavement improvements, and decommission obsolete processes. • Complete all work within 730 calendar days, with final payment due within 820 days of notice to proceed.
