Professional Services| On-Call Professional Design (2025-2029)

The City of Davenport is seeking qualifications from consultants to provide professional engineering, architectural, and related design services for City projects. The selected consultants will be prequalified to work on various projects, including retaining walls, bridges, buildings, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP), public utilities, street improvements, traffic engineering, surveying, and construction inspection. The consultants will be expected to provide services such as project planning, design, bid document development, and limited construction period services. • The City is looking for consultants with experience in one or more of the specific disciplines described. • The consultants will be selected based on their qualifications, experience, and project approach. • The City reserves the right to select consultant firms and award contracts that are in the best interests of the City. • The consultants will be required to enter into a written consultant agreement with the City of Davenport for each individual project. • The City will review the detailed scope of services, schedule, and fee submitted by consultants for each project at the time the project is to be developed.
