S--Janitorial Services, Fields, OR

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services for the Fields Facility building in Harney County, Oregon. The contract will be for a base period of one year, with four option periods. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, supervision, quality control, tools, equipment, and transportation necessary to provide janitorial services. The services will include cleaning of offices, restrooms, break rooms, and other areas, as well as emptying trash and recyclables, and restocking supplies. The contractor will also be responsible for performing quarterly, semi-annual, and annual cleaning tasks. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered.
