Hays County, Texas is seeking a qualified vendor to provide county‑wide dumpster rental, placement, pickup, and haul services for a variety of municipal locations. The contract covers multiple dumpster sizes (8‑yard, 4‑yard, 35‑yard, 40‑yard, and a compactor) with service frequencies ranging from weekly to monthly, and includes all costs such as installation, removal, fuel, labor, tipping fees, and clean‑up. The County may add future locations or adjust dumpster sizes/frequencies, and the vendor must be able to supply additional debris‑removal services in the event of a county‑wide disaster declaration. Bids are to be submitted using the mandatory bid form, priced per haul, with no taxes included.
