The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is establishing an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to supply a broad range of golf‑related merchandise for its owned golf courses, park retail locations, and other venues. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible offeror(s) that can provide sole‑brand, new, authentic, retail‑ready products and meet Metro’s delivery, insurance, and reporting requirements. The solicitation includes multiple amendments providing pre‑offer meeting materials and question‑and‑answer responses.
• Supply categories include golf clubs, balls, gloves, apparel, bags, carts, branded promotional items, and other golf‑related retail goods.
• All deliveries are FOB Destination to designated Nashville facilities, with a typical 7‑30 day delivery window and a requirement to acknowledge orders within 48 hours.
• Mandatory compliance includes General Liability, Products Liability, Automobile Liability, Workers’ Compensation, and Employer’s Liability insurance, as well as numerous affidavits (EBO, nondiscrimination, Iran Divestment, etc.).
• No guaranteed minimum purchase volume; Metro will issue purchase orders on an as‑needed basis, and the contract’s award validity is 150 days.
