Merrimack County is soliciting a contractor to replace all windows in the MSU Building (332 Daniel Webster Highway, Boscawen, NH). The scope includes full demolition of existing units, supply and installation of new windows, associated labor, equipment, permits, inspections, cleanup, and any necessary repairs caused by the work. The contractor must adhere to state and local building codes, OSHA safety standards, provide a 24/7 point of contact, and submit a warranty and a 90‑day guarantee on the proposal. • Complete replacement of building windows per construction drawings (Project 23‑015). • All inclusive price covering materials, labor, disposal, permits, inspections, and post‑installation warranty. • Mandatory insurance and bonding requirements, including $1 M general liability, workers’ comp, and possible performance bonds. • Proposals evaluated on price (50 %), product quality (20 %), experience (15 %), and service quality (15 %).
