USAG-HI IT Services

The U.S. Army Garrison – Hawaii (USAG-HI) is seeking information from potential vendors to provide IT Support Technicians and transportation for delivery of Automation Management Support Services (AMSS) across all eight USAG-HI locations. The services will support approximately 1,500 personnel across four functional service areas, including Help Desk and End User Support, IT Asset and Device Management, Video Teleconferencing (VTC) and Audio/Visual Support, and Knowledge Management/SharePoint Administration. The contractor will be responsible for providing qualified personnel to meet all performance standards defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Key aspects of the job include: • Providing IT support services across multiple USAG-HI locations • Maintaining a Contractor-developed IT asset tracker and other tracking systems • Performing routine testing and maintenance of VTC equipment • Serving as the central point of contact for VTC scheduling and pre-event coordination • Responding to non-emergency VTC problem calls within two duty hours and emergency calls within one duty hour • Supporting Army-approved commercial video collaboration platforms • Developing and maintaining a Conference Room Reservation/Booking System • Providing documentation, data extracts, and supporting analysis for Government Cost & Performance Accountability Review (CAPR) evaluations
