Work includes interior demolition, new partitions, ceilings, doors, overhead coiling grilles, pharmacy millwork and finishes, along with associated HVAC, plumbing, sprinkler, electrical, fire alarm and low-voltage work. Project Labor Agreement: The successful low bidder, as condition of being awarded this Contract, will be required to execute the PLA. All subcontractors of every tier will be required to agree to be bound by the PLA. MWBE Participation Goals: 30% combined Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE). Trade Licenses: Required where applicable. Plumbing, sprinkler and electrical subcontractors must hold current NYC licenses.
