Laramie County Community College (LCCC) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for a comprehensive, enterprise service management solution capable of supporting multiple operational functions across the institution. The solution should support both IT and non-IT departments and provide the flexibility to segment workflows, data, and access by functional area while leveraging a centralized platform. The selected solution should enhance cross-departmental collaboration, support regulatory and operational compliance, and streamline institutional processes through configurable workflows, automation, and reporting. Key features of the solution include: • IT and campus-wide Help Desk ticketing • IT asset and inventory management • Project management • Contract renewal management • Customizable and dynamic request forms • Intuitive, end-user self-service portal • Centralized, accurate inventory of IT and non-IT assets • Asset lifecycle tracking and accountability • Contract tracking, renewal planning, and spend management • Budget preparation support for contract renewals • Integration with enterprise systems and APIs • Security, privacy, and compliance controls • System reliability, availability, and scalability • Mobile-friendly interfaces or mobile application support • Reporting, dashboards, and analytics The successful firm will work in cooperation with the Integrated Technology Services team, and all implementation, configuration, and deployment services must be performed by the proposing vendor.
