The Town of Mammoth Lakes is seeking a qualified firm to design, implement, and support a comprehensive ticketing system for the new Dave and Roma McCoy Arts and Cultural Center, a 254‑seat theatre plus a 75‑seat black‑box space slated to open Summer 2027. The system must handle multi‑venue ticketing, assigned seating, general admission, donations, $0 tickets, series/subscriptions, POS integration (or Clover compatibility), web and mobile sales, digital ticketing, financial integration, robust security, 24/7 support, and built‑in CRM/marketing capabilities.
