The Lone Star College System (LSCS) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive, system‑wide Internet services across its 24 campuses, colleges, centers, and Workforce Centers of Excellence in the greater Houston area. The contract will support over 80,000 credit students, 7,300 employees, and the broader community served by the system. The scope includes design, implementation, ongoing management, and support of high‑speed, reliable internet connectivity for academic, administrative, and research activities. Vendors must respond through the Ion Wave Technologies (IWT) bidding portal by the specified deadline and adhere to all submission requirements. • Provide system‑wide internet connectivity for 24 LSCS locations (8 colleges, 7 centers, 8 Workforce Centers). • Deliver high‑availability, high‑bandwidth service to support classroom instruction, online learning, administrative operations, and research. • Include installation, configuration, monitoring, maintenance, and 24/7 technical support. • Meet LSCS security, compliance, and performance standards. • Submit detailed technical solution, pricing schedule, and relevant experience via the IWT portal by 12:00 PM CT on 9/14/2026.
