Comprehensive Disaster Services

The City of Santa Fe is seeking a consultant to provide disaster preparedness, response, mitigation, and recovery professional services. The consultant will provide technical services, planning and advisory services, and other related services as needed. The contract will be for a wide range of services, including federal grant assistance, debris monitoring, documentation and reporting, program management and administrative services, development and revision of plans, conducting exercises and training, and subject matter expert programmatic support. The City is looking for a consultant with experience in disaster management and a strong track record of providing high-quality services. • The consultant will provide services on an as-needed basis. • The contract may be utilized by all State of New Mexico agencies, commissions, institutions, political subdivisions, and local bodies allowed by law. • The consultant will be required to provide a cost proposal, including hourly rates and lump sum costs. • The consultant will be evaluated based on their technical specifications, organizational experience, organizational references, business specifications, and cost proposal.
