The training activities should include outdoor learning, leadership and team-building exercises, rappelling, rock climbing, zip-lining, and other adventure training. The contractor will also need to provide instructional and support staff, instructional space and facilities, and equipment. Some key requirements include: * Providing a Leadership Development Program that covers the activities described in the PWS * Ensuring that personnel providing training are properly trained prior to presenting training * Ensuring that equipment used for JCLC training activities is serviceable, safe, and functional * Providing menus for all meals and ensuring that meals are served on time and are fit for consumption * Providing billeting facilities that are clean and serviceable throughout the JCLC period The Army is looking for small businesses, including those in the 8(a) Business Development Program, Small Disadvantaged Business, Historically Underutilized Business Zone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, and Women-Owned Small Business concerns, to respond to this notice with information sufficient to support a set-aside.

Budget estimate

$50,000 – $500,000

Based on the information provided, it is difficult to estimate the exact budget for this opportunity. However, the document mentions that the size standard in millions of dollars for the NAICS code 721214 is $9M, which may indicate that the contract value could be substantial. Additionally, the opportunity requires the contractor to provide facilities, lodging, and training activities for 100 Cadets and 15 Cadre, which could also impact the contract value. A rough estimate for the contract value could be in the range of $50,000 to $500,000, considering the scope of work and the number of participants. However, this is highly speculative and should be used as a rough order of magnitude only.
