Description
The Lexington VA Health Care System is seeking to purchase two micro instrument trays and supporting accessories. The procurement will be a brand name or equal that meets or exceeds the physical, functional, and performance requirements outlined in the statement of work. All proposed products must be manufactured in the USA. The items must be surgical grade, with all stainless-steel being surgical grade, and must meet specific technical specifications.
• The procurement includes various micro surgical instruments, such as forceps, scissors, and clamps.
• All instruments must be CensiTrac UID mark compliant and included in the manufacturer's instructions for use.
• Items will be shipped to the Lexington VA Health Care System.
• The Government is not obligated to pay for or reimburse any costs associated with responding to this sources sought announcement.
