Description
The Village of Morrisville, Water & Light Department is seeking qualified architectural/engineering firms to provide engineering services for the Morrisville Well House and Well Field Flood Mitigation project. The project includes tasks such as well decommissioning, flood mitigation, and construction of a new well and well house. The selected firm will be responsible for providing preliminary engineering services, design and construction-related services, and participation in the evaluation of bids received. Interested firms must submit their qualifications, experience, and references by February 20, 2026.
* The project is funded by federal and state funds, including FEMA and CDBG.
* The selected firm will be required to comply with regulations issued by the funding agencies and the State of Vermont.
* The Village of Morrisville, Water & Light Department will evaluate the submissions and select a minimum of three firms to proceed to the next stage.
* Interviews with the selected firms will be conducted to discuss their approach and qualifications.
