City of Bellevue Shared Micromobility Program

The City of Bellevue is seeking a qualified contractor to operate and manage a fleet of shared bicycles and scooters for its Shared Micromobility Program. The program aims to provide additional mobility and travel options around Bellevue, consistent with the City's Transportation Demand Management (TDM) goals. The selected vendor will be required to comply with the City's equal opportunity requirements and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. The vendor will be responsible for managing the shared micromobility system, including mobile application management, regular device maintenance, and responsiveness to City staff and the public. Some key aspects of the job include: • Providing additional mobility and travel options around Bellevue • Expanding first-last mile mobility options to transit stops and destinations • Abiding by all Operating Categories as identified in Attachment “A” • Submitting a proposal that includes a completed RFQ Proposal Form, Proposer's Qualification Certificate, and other required documents • Complying with the City's equal opportunity requirements and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964
