Investigative Services RFP

The City of Los Angeles is seeking proposals from qualified companies to provide investigative services to support the Office of the City Attorney. The services include surveillance, witness interviews, service of process, accident site photography, and conducting background checks. The contract will be for a term of three years. Proposers must demonstrate experience in providing investigative services, particularly to government entities. They must also provide a detailed proposal, including company information, staffing and project organization, work plan, references, and cost and price proposal. • The City Attorney's Office is seeking investigative services to support its work on litigation and investigations. • Proposers must have at least five years of prior investigative experience, with at least one year of experience serving city, county, or state agencies. • The contract will be for a term of three years, with the option to renew. • Proposers must provide a detailed proposal, including company information, staffing and project organization, work plan, references, and cost and price proposal. • The City Attorney's Office will evaluate proposals based on capacity to perform, experience and references, and pricing.
