The Cooperative Purchasing Connection (CPC) is seeking to award a contract to an experienced supplier to provide a broad line of quality vehicles, upfitting products, and services at consortium-level discounted pricing. The contract will be for a term of three years, with an option to extend for an additional 24 months. The supplier will be required to provide pricing for all current vehicle makes and models, as well as labor and services. The supplier will also be responsible for maintaining a minimum monthly average fill rate of 95% or above, providing efficient response to participating agencies, and ensuring that all equipment and supplies meet applicable industry and health and safety standards. • The contract will be for vehicles, including cars, sedans, vans, electric and hybrid vehicles, utility vehicles, and light and medium-duty trucks. • The supplier will be required to provide pricing for design layout and/or installation services. • The supplier will be responsible for ensuring that all subcontractors comply with the terms and conditions of the contract. • The supplier will be required to pay a 2% administrative fee on the total sales price of all purchases shipped and billed to participating agencies. • The supplier will be required to provide quarterly reports listing the sales volume, administrative fee calculations, and correlating savings incurred by participating agencies.
