LEASE OF NEW 10,000 SQ. FT. HANGAR PLUS ADJOINING 1,350 SQ.FT. OFFICE

The Charlotte County Airport Authority is seeking qualified firms or individuals to lease a newly constructed 10,000‑sq‑ft hangar with an adjoining 1,350‑sq‑ft office at Punta Gorda Airport. The lease is limited to commercial aviation‑related uses, and respondents must identify as a Specialized Aviation Service Operator (SASO) offering services such as flight training, aircraft maintenance, avionics, rentals, charters, or related activities. The lease requires full operational capability within one year of occupancy, and the lessee will be responsible for all insurance, fees, maintenance, and utilities.
