Description
This Invitation to Bid seeks qualified, licensed general contractors to perform a comprehensive sustainment and repair project at the Chipley Readiness Center (17,208 sq ft) for the Florida Army National Guard. The scope includes roof repair/replacement, exterior and interior maintenance, building envelope sealing, painting, flooring, ceiling tile replacement, fixture upgrades, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire alarm, communications, window and door repairs, lighting upgrades, parking lot resurfacing, anti‑terrorism measures, drainage grading, signage, and any other work required to keep the facility in good working order. The contractor must obtain all required permits, provide bid and performance bonds (5 % of bid), and supply proof of insurance and a Substitute W‑9.
