Description
The Georgia Southwestern State University (GSW) is seeking sealed bids for the complete reroofing of the Student Success Center flat roof (Project GSW‑27‑40‑01). The contract includes furnishing all materials, equipment, and labor required to remove the existing roof system and install a new roofing assembly in accordance with the provided specifications. A mandatory pre‑bid conference (including a site walk) is scheduled, and all prospective prime bidders must attend to be eligible to submit a bid. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes by November 19, 2026, and a bid bond of at least 5 % of the bid amount is required.
