Creative Industry & Music Production Program Development Services

The Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools (MNPS) seeks a qualified contractor to design, develop, and implement a comprehensive creative‑industry and music‑production program at Pearl‑Cohn High School, with the potential to scale to other district schools. The effort includes a full needs assessment, studio design, equipment specification and integration, curriculum creation for grades 6‑12, staffing and industry‑partner engagement, educator professional development, student project support, sustainability planning, and annual reporting. The contract will be multi‑year (up to five years) and is evaluated on cost, technical approach, qualifications, and past performance. • Conduct on‑site assessment of existing facilities, equipment, and instructional needs. • Design studio workflows, procure and install audio/recording equipment, and provide integration and testing. • Develop adaptable curriculum, staffing models, industry mentorship, and professional‑development plans for teachers. • Deliver ongoing technical support, program evaluation, and annual reporting to MNPS.
