CLOVIS CIVIC CENTER MANAGEMENT

The City of Clovis is seeking proposals from management firms to manage its Civic Center, a public assembly facility. The management and operation of the Civic Center will include planning, food service, organizing and booking events, marketing and promoting, directing, controlling, security, cleaning, and minor facility maintenance. The initial term of the agreement will be for five years, with an option to extend for an additional five years. Key responsibilities include: • Managing and operating the Civic Center • Planning, organizing, and booking events • Providing food service • Marketing and promoting the Civic Center • Directing, controlling, and securing the facility • Cleaning and performing minor facility maintenance. The Civic Center has approximately 11,323.6 square feet of exhibition space, 3,647 square feet of divisible meeting rooms, and a 1,665.9 square foot kitchen. The total enclosed building area is approximately 30,000 square feet, with approximately 400 parking spaces located adjacent to the facility.
