Head Start Facility Project Manager

The Chesterfield‑Marlboro Economic Opportunity Council is seeking qualified professional firms or individuals to act as the Owner’s Representative and provide comprehensive construction project management services for the demolition of a former senior high school and elementary school campus. The scope includes overseeing planning, procurement, demolition, construction, commissioning, occupancy, and closeout for two buildings totaling roughly 34,800 square feet. • Manage all phases of demolition for Building I (~15,000 sf) and Building II (~19,800 sf) • Serve as CMEOC’s Owner’s Representative, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and regulatory agencies • Provide project planning, schedule development, cost control, safety oversight, and final close‑out documentation • Access to pre‑bid materials (site plans, environmental reports, etc.) upon request • Deliver a fully integrated management solution from start‑up through project completion
