The Seattle Convention Center is seeking an exclusive contractor to provide comprehensive data networking and telecommunications services for its Arch and Summit convention facilities, covering design, installation, operation, and ongoing management. • Deliver wired and wireless event‑data networking, high‑density Wi‑Fi 6E, and dual 10 Gbps internet circuits. • Operate and maintain all network infrastructure (NOC, routers, switches, firewalls) and enforce security per NIST/ISO‑27001 standards. • Staff the contract with at least two on‑site managers and two technicians, providing 24 / 7 support and rapid response (≤2 h for service‑affecting issues). • Provide monthly performance reports, manage moves‑adds‑changes, and handle exhibitor‑service billing (31 % share of $22,680.72 monthly). • Propose an optional capital investment to be amortized over the seven‑year term; SCC retains a 35 % commission on all invoiced services.
