Description
This Special Notice seeks industry interest and technical capability for a progressive design‑build (PDB) contract to construct a new Blood Donation Center and related specialty medical departments at Yokota Air Base Hospital in Japan. The work will be phased within an active hospital, requiring strict security, health‑screening, and compliance with healthcare construction codes (TJC, NFPA, USP 797/800). Successful firms must demonstrate PDB experience, OCONUS capability (legal office in Japan and a Japanese construction license or JV with a local partner), and the ability to provide performance security (ILC or check).
