Printed Envelopes [REBID]

The State of Minnesota, Department of Administration, is seeking proposals for the provision of various types of printed envelopes and related services. The contract would be available to all State Agencies and Cooperative Purchasing Venture (CPV) members for up to the duration of the anticipated contract term. Responders must be able to provide a variety of envelopes, envelope printing services, and delivery of printed envelopes. The State is interested in options for printed envelopes made from paper that has been made on a paper machine located in Minnesota, and in printed envelopes made from paper with post-consumer recycled content. Some key points to consider: • The estimated total dollar value of the contract for one year is $425,000 to $540,000. • The term of this contract is anticipated to be from June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2027, with the option to extend up to an additional 48 months. • Responders must have a minimum of three years of experience providing envelope printing services similar in scope to the services detailed in the RFP. • Responders must complete and submit Exhibit D: Price Schedule. • The State reserves the right to reject any and all responses received, and to negotiate with the highest scoring responder.
