EOI - Wheeling AASF#2 HVAC Renovations Design

The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting Expressions of Interest from qualified firms to provide professional design services for the renovation/replacement of the HVAC systems in the Army Aviation Support Facility #2 (AASF#2) building located in Wheeling, West Virginia. The selected firm will be responsible for providing a complete design, including all engineering, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing, and architectural disciplines, to prepare construction bid documents for the West Virginia State Purchasing. The project goals and objectives include providing energy-efficient, economically and maintenance-friendly equipment, and researching and investigating the location of existing utilities. • The facility HVAC needs to be replaced due to current HVAC equipment being inadequate. • The facility will be renovated to support elements of the West Virginia Army National Guard Command. • The designer shall be responsible for researching and investigating the location of existing utilities. • The designer shall provide drawings and specifications of any and all aspects of the project as needed and directed by the owner and/or state agency, utility company, or other approval authority. • The designer shall provide construction bid services and administrative services to the Owner.
