Renewable Energy Working Group Facilitator

The Alaska Energy Authority seeks a contractor to act as a Renewable Energy Working Group Facilitator, providing quarterly facilitation of solar and wind working‑group meetings, stakeholder outreach, education, and funding research for up to five years. The contractor will produce newsletters, manage public forums, and deliver regular reporting while identifying grant opportunities. • Facilitate quarterly in‑person/virtual meetings for solar (≈ 2/3 effort) and wind (≈ 1/3 effort) working groups in Anchorage. • Develop and distribute quarterly newsletters, outreach materials, and host annual public forums for each technology. • Conduct funding research, produce quarterly/annual reports, and support Alaska’s “Solar for All” program and wind workshops. • Provide a team of five key functions (facilitator, communications specialist, funding researcher, project manager, contract manager) with specified hourly billing rates. • Contract is Time‑and‑Materials, Not‑to‑Exceed, with a base period of 12 months and up to four one‑year extensions (maximum 5 years).
