Budget estimate

$300,000 – $500,000

The solicitation caps effort at 500 hours per year. Assuming a typical consulting rate of $150 – $200 per hour for specialized evaluation work, annual spend would range from $75,000 to $100,000. Over the base five‑year term, total contract value is estimated between $375,000 and $500,000, with potential additional funds if one or two optional one‑year extensions are exercised. The final amount will depend on the negotiated fixed‑price rate, any additional deliverables, and inflation adjustments.
