DOT E-ZPass Back Office System

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation, Bureau of Turnpikes, is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) to gather responses from vendors with expertise in providing and operating back office systems to support electronic tolling, video tolling, and unpaid toll processing. The RFI aims to identify available back office products and services in the market and gather insights about them. Vendors are invited to submit information about their back office products, systems, and operational services. The information obtained from this RFI will assist the NHDOT in preparing a Request for Proposals (RFP) to procure a vendor to replace its legacy back office system with modern back office systems and operational services. • The RFI is seeking information on back office systems and operational services, including revenue assurance, financial reconciliation, transaction lifecycle, and customer experience. • Vendors are asked to provide information on their experience with back office systems, including implementation, transition, and security measures. • The RFI also seeks information on the vendor's ability to provide scalable and flexible solutions, as well as their experience with emerging technologies such as AI. • The NHDOT is interested in learning about the vendor's compensation models, including transaction-based, account-based, flat rate, and hybrid approaches. • The RFI response should include a cover letter with company profile, key contact information, and a brief history and description of the business.
