The Uptown Butte Business Improvement District (BID) is soliciting qualified contractors to provide comprehensive snow removal services for sidewalks throughout the central business district during the 2026‑2027 winter season. The contractor must clear snow promptly after one inch falls, keep sidewalks passable by 8:00 AM on business days, and remove any snow piles that block pedestrian access or ADA routes. Proposals must include company details, relevant experience, equipment and staffing plans, response times, cost per snowfall, references, and proof of insurance. Evaluation will focus on experience, equipment, reliability, cost‑effectiveness, and insurance compliance. The contract term covers the winter season with potential renewal.
• Scope: Snow removal on all sidewalks within BID boundaries, priority areas highlighted on map.
• Service frequency: After each snowfall ≥1 in., with rapid response (goal: cleared by 8 AM).
