Budget estimate

$3,000,000 – $7,000,000

The solicitation does not disclose a contract value. Based on comparable urban pedestrian‑improvement projects in midsize U.S. cities, a scope that includes several blocks of new sidewalks, curb ramps, lighting, signage, utility adjustments, landscaping, and a 550‑day schedule typically ranges from $3 million to $7 million. Factors influencing the final amount include the length of sidewalk constructed, the number of lighting fixtures and signal conduit runs, utility relocation costs, and the prevailing Davis‑Bacon wage rates for federal‑aid work.
