Description
Northwest Community Schools (NWCS) is seeking specialty subcontractors for the EC (Early Childhood) renovation project at its Jackson, MI campus. The project is managed under a Construction Manager (CM) agreement with Triangle Associates, Inc., which will hold all subcontract agreements. Subcontractors are invited to submit proposals for a range of trades, including masonry, carpentry, metal roofing, glazing, drywall, special coatings, painting, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work. Bids must be submitted electronically via SmartBid and delivered in person by the deadline. A pre‑bid meeting will be held on October 21, 2026, and bidders are encouraged to attend the site. Payment and performance bonds are required.
