Statewide Syringe Services Program

The State of Delaware Department of Health and Social Services, Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health, is seeking professional services for a Statewide Syringe Services Program. The program aims to provide harm reduction programming for people who use drugs and injection drug users. The selected provider will be responsible for carrying out the services detailed in the scope of work, which includes providing Delaware licenses and/or certifications necessary to perform services, responding to the request for proposal scope of work, and completing all appropriate attachments and forms. The provider must also demonstrate qualifications and experience, staff training and/or experience, location, references, ability to transport clients, and use of electronic visit verification systems.
