Notice of Intent - Interactive Kiosks and Digital Video Displays

The North Dakota Department of Commerce is seeking a single vendor to supply, integrate, install, and support up to ten 22‑inch interactive touchscreen kiosks and up to ten 55‑inch digital video‑wall displays for indoor use at the Oriska Rest Area and other visitor‑center locations. The solution must include custom software that integrates with the state’s existing CMS, CRM, and NDIT security infrastructure, provide offline capability, analytics, and remote monitoring, and must work in concert with the state’s website vendor, Miles Partnership. The vendor will also deliver design, configuration, on‑site installation, and three‑year warranty plus 24/7 support. • Up to 10 indoor 22‑inch touchscreen kiosks with custom stands, 3‑year hardware warranty, and 24/7 service. • Up to 10 indoor 55‑inch video‑wall displays with full‑motion video, advertising and content creation services, also under a 3‑year warranty and 24/7 support. • Integrated kiosk software for CMS/CRM, social‑media, Google Maps API, offline operation, analytics, remote monitoring, and compliance with NDIT security standards. • Full design, configuration, on‑site installation, and ongoing support, coordinated with the state’s website vendor.
