Cargo van upfitted with a cantilever liftgate

The State of Hawaii, Department of Accounting and General Services, is seeking to purchase a new cargo van with a cantilever liftgate. The van should be a 2026 or newer model, with a minimum 6 ft interior roof height, rear wheel drive, and a G.V.W.R rating of 9,900 Lbs. The van should also have a 6 cylinder engine, with a minimum 300 HP, gasoline powered, and an automatic transmission with a minimum 6 forward speed and 1 reverse speed. The van should also have a 12 volt dual high-capacity battery system, powered assisted steering with stability control system, 4 wheel anti-lock disc brake system, and tires and wheels that meet manufacturer’s and Federal GAWR requirements. • The van should have 2 passenger seating capacity, dual front air bags, four key fobs, standard upholstery, and a full headlining and cargo area side wall liner/paneling. • The van should also have a factory standard radio, heavy duty divider wall behind cabin seat, heavy duty cargo area load floor protection, and a factory front air conditioning system. • The exterior of the van should be white, with a sliding side door, passenger running board, privacy glass, and dual power exterior rearview mirrors. • The van should also have a pre-collision assist/lane-keeping/camera safety system. • The cantilever liftgate should be upfitted to the cargo van, with specifications provided in Line Item #2.
