The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking to lease approximately 28,014 rentable square feet of space in the general area of Frankfort, Kentucky, to be used as a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC). The space must be contiguous and preferably located on the first floor of a building. The lease term will be 20 years, with 10 years firm and two 5-year non-firm years. The successful offeror must provide all services, including utilities, janitorial, security, maintenance, and repairs. The space must be located within a specified area and meet certain requirements, including parking, accessibility, and seismic safety. • The offered space must provide for an efficient layout as determined by the LCO. • The space must be located in a modern quality building with a facade of stone, marble, brick, stainless steel, aluminum, or other permanent materials in good condition and acceptable to the LCO. • The space must be contiguous and preferably located on the first floor of a building. • The lease term will be 20 years, with 10 years firm and two 5-year non-firm years. • The successful offeror must provide all services, including utilities, janitorial, security, maintenance, and repairs.
