State Business Auto Coverage and Excess Liability Insurance

The State of Arkansas is seeking a contractor to provide master business auto insurance contracts to cover two separate and distinct trust fund programs insuring 109 state agencies and 95 public school districts and educational cooperatives. The contractor will be required to provide coverage for commercial auto insurance, including liability, medical payments, uninsured motorist, and underinsured motorist coverage. The contractor will also be required to provide auto physical damage coverage, including comprehensive and collision coverage. The contract will be for a term of three years, with the option to renew for up to four additional one-year terms. • The contractor must be licensed to do business in the State of Arkansas and have binding authority with the Insurance Company. • The contractor must have Errors and Omissions Insurance for agents and brokers on an ACORD Certificate of Liability Insurance form with a minimum limit of $10,000,000 per occurrence. • The contractor must provide a dedicated commercial lines Account Manager with a minimum of five years of experience in commercial business auto. • The contractor must provide annual marketing strategies and reports identifying anticipated marketing considerations and proposing marketing strategy prior to policy renewal.
