Installation of an Intrusion Detection System (IDS) at 140 Warner Road, Fort Shafter HI 96858, Building 441.

The US Army is seeking a contractor to install an Intrusion Detection System (IDS) at 140 Warner Road, Fort Shafter HI 96858, Building 441. The contractor will provide personnel, management, tools, equipment, parts, and materials to complete the installation. The IDS will include secure doorways with contact sensors, interior motion detectors, tamper switches, and duress alarm functionalities. The contractor will work under the direction of the 5th Geospatial Planning Cell's technical staff and management. • The contractor will ensure alarms can be communicated with local Military Police. • The contractor will integrate the IDS with existing systems. • The contractor will provide a certification letter from the manufacturer or an authorized installer. • The contractor will conduct an acceptance test to ensure the IDS functions correctly. • The contractor will submit a detailed test report.
