Description
The City of Cleveland is seeking a qualified vendor to provide quarterly maintenance inspections and related services for the Kelly Hokinson incinerator located at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. The contract is limited to $20,000 and will be valid for one year, requiring four inspections spaced three months apart, with additional labor rates quoted for any extra work. All work must be performed during normal business hours and comply with airport security regulations. The award will be made to the lowest and best compliant bidder.
• Perform four quarterly inspections of the incinerator, including visual, mechanical checks, cleaning, lubrication, and any required repairs.
• Provide on‑call service for additional repairs, quoting labor rates per hour.
• Use only qualified personnel and manufacturer‑approved parts; include a discount schedule for parts/materials.
