The Livonia Public Schools Board of Education is seeking a qualified contractor to perform a comprehensive roof replacement for four school facilities (Coolidge, Garfield, Roosevelt, and three annex buildings) during the summer of 2027. The work includes removal of existing roofing, installation of elastomeric membrane roofing, sheet‑metal flashing, insulation, and related waterproofing systems in accordance with detailed specifications.
